MSL 101: Fundamentals & Strategy

MSL 102: Interactions & Insights

Intended Audience: Individuals who completed Day 1, Experienced MSLs looking to refine their skills

• Effective engagement strategies with KOLs and HCPs

• Bringing value to the cross-functional team

Jefferson Tea brings more than 25 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a career that spans hands-on field roles through senior medical leadership. He began his journey “carrying the bag” in the field and went on to serve as a Medical Science Liaison (MSL), gaining first-hand insight into scientific engagement and customer needs. Jefferson later advanced to MSL Manager, leading and mentoring field teams, before taking on progressively broader leadership roles culminating in his position as Vice President of Medical Affairs, where he oversaw departments of more than 100 employees. With deep expertise in medical strategy, field team development, and organizational leadership, Jefferson is recognized for his ability to drive medical excellence, scale high-performing teams, and deliver meaningful impact across the medical affairs function.

Chris Czaniecki brings over a decade of leadership experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with expertise spanning medical affairs, training, and field team development. He previously served as Medical Excellence Lead, where he directed strategic initiatives to enhance the performance of Medical Science Liaisons (MSLs), including the design and delivery of training programs, individualized coaching, and the optimization of medical insights to inform organizational strategy. Known for his collaborative leadership style and commitment to excellence, Chris has a proven track record of building high-performing teams, strengthening scientific engagement, and driving operational impact across the medical function.
